EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Following the successful completion of internal repairs, Entekra was reengaged to address external structural issues on the building. We implemented a crack injection system to repair the external beams, which had developed cracks due to ongoing structural strain and water ingress. The process involved injecting a high-strength epoxy resin into the cracks to restore the structural integrity of the beams and prevent further deterioration. This targeted approach not only reinforced the external beams but also protected them from environmental damage, ensuring the long-term stability of the building. With these repairs completed, the building's structural resilience was significantly enhanced, contributing to its overall safety and durability.
