EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was to rectify the issues on the roof of a commercial building in Toowoomba City. For the last 20 years, the roof had been leaking in various areas causing water ingress throughout the building. This caused a health and safety concern for the building occupants. Over this 20 year period various groups had been in to try resolve the problem, this had only been a temporary fix and the roof was still leaking. Roof Size: 600 m². During the whole process the client was able to continue to use their building.
